4. Creative Services
Vy Content Studio offers services in photography, videography, creative strategy, and social media management.
All terms related to creative services — including scope, pricing, deliverables, cancellation, and intellectual property — are agreed upon separately, in writing, for each individual project. These agreements take precedence over the general terms provided on this website.
5. Payments
- Digital product payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Service-related payment terms are set out in the specific contract for each project
- All prices are in Euro (€) and may include VAT as required
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
- Refund or cancellation terms for services are outlined in the relevant contract or agreement
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a project contract:
- Vy Content Studio retains ownership of all original creative content until full payment is received
- Clients are granted a license to use the final deliverables as agreed in writing
- Content may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without written permission
We appreciate credit (e.g. tagging) when sharing work online.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of this site and any data you share is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, in accordance with the GDPR.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vy Content Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of this website, digital products, or services. While we strive to deliver quality results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Irish courts.
